in Zion Crossroads, VA
Zion Crossroads has grown fast, and a lot of the homes here are newer two-story and larger custom builds sitting on clean, manicured lots. You see it in Spring Creek and in the subdivisions that have gone up around the interchange: simpler, well-defined rooflines and open frontage rather than the porch-and-cornice detail of an older town center. That profile takes a crisp multi-run roofline beautifully, with room for tree, landscape, and entry accents to round out the display.
Winters here stay mild, with light snow, so the November and December install window stays open. The one thing that tends to loosen a line mid-season is wind across that open frontage and along landscape runs, and when it happens we come back and re-secure it. We handle the whole thing start to finish: design, professional installation, in-season monitoring, end-of-season takedown, and climate-controlled storage of your lights until next year.

We design displays around the parts of a home that show best from the street, and we supply our own professional-grade lights for every one of them
We run C9 lights along rooflines, gutter lines, fascia board peaks, and the larger trees, the bright, evenly spaced bulbs most people picture on a holiday home. The clean, simpler rooflines on the newer builds here take a crisp multi-run outline especially well.
We wrap trees and light bushes, shrubs, and entry features with mini lights, and use net lights to give bushes and shrubs an even, gathered look. Tree and landscape lighting is a common add-on on the manicured lots around here.
Mini lights define railings, columns, and the smaller features that frame an entryway.
Our primary bulb. C9s are the larger, brighter bulbs we run on rooflines, gutter lines, and larger trees.
Mini lights handle bushes, railings, and smaller features, while net lights cover bushes and shrubs evenly. All of it is professional-grade, sourced through Christmas Decor.
Warm white is the most-requested color, with cool white, red, green, blue, purple, orange, and multicolor all available.
Most of our work is residential, with a growing commercial side. Every job is the same white-glove, full-package experience: design, install, in-season monitoring, takedown, and climate-controlled storage. What changes between a home and a business is mostly the scheduling.
A few things come up again and again in what our customers tell us. They’re the standards we hold on every job.
We handle everything, start to finish: an in-person design consultation, professional installation, in-season monitoring, end-of-season takedown, and climate-controlled storage of your lights until next year. It’s a true white-glove, full-package holiday lighting experience for Zion Crossroads homes.
We supply our own professional-grade lights, sourced through Christmas Decor, noticeably higher quality than anything you’d buy in a store. You can see the difference the moment they’re lit.
Our team is trained and certified by Christmas Decor, with hundreds of professional lighting projects behind us. That training shows in every clean, safe, beautifully finished install.
At the end of the season we take everything down and store your lights in a climate-controlled room, so they’re protected from heat and cold and come back at full strength next year, instead of getting ruined in a garage or attic.
We’re a locally owned team, and we go out of our way to make sure you don’t just get lights, you get the Christmas joy that comes with them. Our goal is for every client to feel great about the whole process, from design to the moment we turn the lights on.
From your first call to a finished, monitored, and stored display, here is how the whole thing goes.
Call or contact us and we’ll talk through the process and set up an in-person estimate. We aim to respond to inquiries within about an hour.
We visit, get your input, and design a custom lighting plan and game plan for your property: rooflines, gutter lines, peaks, trees, and bushes.
We send an estimate with pictures showing the lights on your home for approval. You can tweak the design however you’d like before anything is installed.
Once approved, we book your installation and install with our own professional-grade C9, mini, and net lights, working safely off ladders and safety harnesses with the right climbing equipment. On the newer builds around here, the simpler rooflines hold our clip lines reliably, and we take extra care re-securing landscape runs on open, wind-exposed frontage. We finish with a walk-around and turn the lights on together.
We watch your display through the season and come back to fix failures or storm-loosened lines so it stays perfect through the holidays.
At the end of the season we take everything down and store your lights in a climate-controlled room, ready to go for next year.
Every display is priced per project after an in-person design consultation, based on the linear footage of C9 line plus trees, bushes, and larger features. The consultation and estimate are free.
Two discounts are worth knowing about before you book:
A few promises stand behind every display we install.
1
If a light or string goes out during the holiday season, we’ll come back and fix or replace it. That’s part of our full-package, white-glove service.
2
If you’re not completely happy, we’ll come back, usually the next day, and make it right until you’re 100% satisfied.
3
We’re fully licensed and insured, so your home and your holidays are in careful, protected hands from the first ladder to the last light.
