Nokesville is a large-lot place. Older farmhouses and estate-scale homes sit on multi-acre parcels, wrapped in the equestrian and former-farming character that runs along Aden Road. A holiday display here seldom stops at a single roofline; it spreads across the whole property.
That means we plan for a lot more than a gutter line. Gable peaks and porches, heavy wrapping on mature trees, long runs down the fence line, and accents on a barn or outbuilding all come into one design. The area sits in a cooler, harder-cold band that sees the occasional snow, and the open acreage and equestrian frontage give the wind plenty of room to move. We build our displays to stand up to that from the start.
We’re a full-service holiday lighting team: we design it, install it, take it all down, and store your lights for next year. Call (434) 268-1159 for a free design consultation on your Nokesville home.
We design and install full displays across the whole property, from rooflines and peaks down to trees, shrubs, railings, and fence-line runs, using professional-grade lights we supply ourselves.
C9 lights are our primary bulb. We run them along rooflines, gutter lines, and fascia board peaks, and use them to light larger trees. The tall gable peaks and the big trees standing out on acreage lots are the kind of features C9 runs were made for.
We use mini lights on bushes, railings, and smaller trees and features, wherever a finer, denser light suits the spot better than a C9 run.
Net lights go over bushes and shrubs for even, quick coverage, no hand-wrapping of every branch required.
Warm white is our most popular choice. We also offer cool white, red, green, blue, purple, orange, and multicolor, so the display matches the look you have in mind.
Most of our Nokesville work is residential, and our commercial side is growing. We can light commercial and business properties too, with the same full-service package. The design and the scheduling flex to fit the property in front of us.
For homes, you get the whole package, start to finish, with everything below included rather than tacked on as an upsell:
For safety reasons, some rooflines are best lit from the gutter lines and other secure mounting points, and we use those anchor spots to get you a beautiful, safe result. On an acreage lot, that whole-property look comes together in one design, with the roofline tied to tree-wrap, fence lines, and a lit barn or outbuilding.
Commercial and business properties get the same full-service, white-glove treatment as our homes: custom design, our own professional-grade lights, professional installation, in-season monitoring, end-of-season takedown, and climate-controlled storage. We price these per project after an on-site assessment, and the schedule flexes around how your property runs.
A few things come up again and again in what our clients tell us. They’re the standards we hold on every job.
We handle everything, start to finish: an in-person design consultation, professional installation, in-season monitoring, end-of-season takedown, and climate-controlled storage of your lights until next year. It’s a true white-glove, full-package holiday lighting experience for Nokesville homes.
We supply our own professional-grade lights, sourced through Christmas Decor, noticeably higher quality than anything you’d buy in a store. You can see the difference the moment they’re lit.
Our team is trained and certified by Christmas Decor, with hundreds of professional lighting projects behind us. That training shows in every clean, safe, beautifully finished install.
At the end of the season, we take everything down and store your lights in a climate-controlled room, so they’re protected from heat and cold and come back at full strength next year, instead of getting ruined in a garage or attic.
We go out of our way to make sure you don’t just get lights, you get the Christmas joy that comes with them. Our goal is for every client to feel great about the whole process, from design to the moment we turn the lights on.
Christmas Light Installation Today
From the first phone call to a fully lit, monitored display and, later, safe off-season storage, here’s how a job goes.
Call or contact us and we’ll talk through the process and set up your in-person estimate. We aim to respond to inquiries within about an hour.
We visit your property, get your input, and design a custom lighting plan and game plan for the display: rooflines, peaks, trees, shrubs, and more.
We send an estimate with pictures showing the lights on your home for approval. Tweak the design however you’d like before you sign off.
Once approved, we book your installation. Our crew installs the display safely with professional-grade C9, mini, and net lights, working from ladders with safety harnesses and climbing equipment. Because an acreage install can run from the roofline out to the tree line and down the fence, we map the full layout with you first, then finish with a walk-around and turn the lights on together.
We monitor your lights through the season and come back to fix failures or storm-dislodged lines, so the display stays right through the holidays.
At the end of the season, we take everything down and store your lights in a climate-controlled room, ready for next year.
Every display is priced per project after an in-person design consultation, based mainly on the linear footage of C9 line, with trees, bushes, and larger trees factored in. The consultation and estimate are free.
A couple of ways to save:
Two promises stand behind every display we install.
1
If a light or string goes out during the holiday season, we’ll come back and fix or replace it, that’s part of our full-package, white-glove service. Watching over your display all season, storms included, is built into the job.
2
If you’re not completely happy, we’ll come back, usually the next day, and make it right until you’re 100% satisfied.
Nokesville is a close, large-lot community with deep farming and equestrian roots, and we treat every property here like it’s on our own street. As a locally owned team, we also give 2% of our profit to charity, because the places we work are the places we’re part of.
You’ll find us around the spots that anchor the community:
We work most on the older farmhouses and civic core near Aden Road, and on the estate-scale homes spread across the surrounding equestrian and acreage parcels.
